职责：
1.负责强弱电专业的技术设计管理工作，确保设计质量及图纸进度要求；
2.设计变更审核及所负责项目的图纸成本管理工作；
3.相关专业所涉及到的强弱电系统技术协调工作；
4.项目整体的机电技术配合、设计与施工的界面划分等工作；
5.根据所负责项目的整体设计进度计划，编制强弱电专业设计计划，并严格按签订的计划执行；
6.解决本专业施工过程中出现的设计难点，及由于其他专业条件变化造成的强弱电系统设计难点，提出解决方案并上报项目负责人，并确保该方案的顺利实施；
7.负责强弱电设计标准和技术标标准编制及标准的调整工作；
8.所负责项目的强弱电系统技术标评标、设计复盘等。
