The successful applicant will be expected to work as a part of the new JV but also be competent to self start having a clear understanding of International operating Purchasing Organisation. He/She will be required to understand and develop with the Purchasing Department Purchasing Strategies, Scorecards and Programme management the implementation and follow up.
