职位描述
完成工厂整体建设计划，与项目和产品时间计划保持一致。所有安全、质量标准也要与政府所有建筑相关法规。
Deliver the overall plant construction plan in line with project and product timing plans. This will be achieved in-line with all safety and quality standards and must also comply with all governmental construction regulations.
1、管理整个土建从开始到结束的过程，包括大方向的策划、预算、招标和土建；能够积极主动工作，能负压工作
Management for whole construction process from start to completion .including strategic planning, budget ,biding and civils. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure.
2、组织对项目过程中的质量、费用、进度及安全进行有效管理；
Management of quality ,cost, progress, safety for construction process
3、负责不同施工方之间的工作衔接，控制各施工环节时间结点；
Coordinate with different contractors. Control construction node time
4、负责厂房公用设备招标、引进、验收、安装及调试等；建立系统的设备管理档案；
Responsible for utility equipment( biding ,inspection, installation, tryout ),establish equipment management archive system
5、负责所有与既定的标准相关的设备完工
Responsible for the relevant facilities to be completed to agreed standards.
6、负责解决施工过程中产生的问题，按图施工，确保工程质量并按时完成项目工程
Responsible for resolving construction problems, ensure construction is in accordance with all agreed drawings and are completed in a timely manner.
7、负责工厂建设管理团队建设及制度建设
Responsible for establishing construction management team and systems.

该岗位将与工艺规划、生产经营、项目管理公司和建设单位交流沟通，与当地政府部门保持联络，确保熟知所有法规并遵守。
This role will interact with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations, Project Management Company and the Construction Company. The role will also require liaison with local government departments to ensure all regulations are known and adhered to.
