The Maintenance Manager role will be responsible for supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Team during the design and facilitisation stages of the project and for setting up the Maintenance Organisation, Processes and Systems in readiness for Launch Build Phases and ongoing Production.

The main responsibilities of the Body Maintenance Manager will consists of the following:

This role will interact with most organisations within the business. Key interactions will be Manufacturing, Current Manufacturing Engineering and Suppliers.

The Maintenance organisation will consists of 9 staff team members, plus hourly maintenance team members.

Selection Criteria
1. Examples of Knowledge
Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
2. Example of Skills
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
1.Working knowledge of plant engineering and body construction activities
