主要职责：
1. The development and maintenance of an effective Document Control System, that will define and document how CJLR documents,in terms of internal and external documents (includingsystem documents, other documents from suppliers, contractors and any other third parties) are controlled in accordance with GIS..

2. Ensuring all required documentationare effectively controlled, meaning they are prepared, reviewed, approved, distributed, filedin a timely manner, and in a way that they are easily accessible when required by bothexternal or internal individuals, and maintained for the length of time required by GIS.
确保所有文件得以有效控制，包含文件的及时制定，评审，批准，分发和归档。当外部和内部人员需要时，文件易于获得，并根据质量运作系统要求的保存期限对文件进行保存和维护。
3. Ensure that the document controls and data management system are in compliance with the requirements of the GIS and/or any applicable regulations or standards for local and overseas entities, e.g. product liability.

4 Establish and maintain an archive-filing system that meets the requirements for all document of projects, storing and/or archiving electronicand hard copy of the construction drawings for future references, etc.

5. Supporting regular reviewing of the procedures with document authors to ensure their validity, and to coordinate updates as required.

1. A university degree in related or preferred file management field.
相关专业毕业，文档管理专业优先
2. At least 1 year of experience in a document control role.
