1.    确保客户满意，管理与客户的日常活动，预知及明确客户的需求，维护良好的关系；

2.    监控物流流程，管理物流日常活动，为管理层准备S&OP；

3.    与生产经理一起确保S&OP与主生产计划的实施，提高并加强对供应商和相关物流伙伴的关系和管理；

4.    负责销售订单的接收，组织相关部门进行订单评审，确保客户订单的及时交付，并对订单交付情况进行跟踪统计；

5.    按照客户需求和库存状况及时下发采购订单，并对物料的到货情况进行跟踪，统计供应商的交货及时率，确保物料无异常； 6.    保持与供应商的良好沟通，保证物料的供应，对任何影响销售订单交货事宜提前报警，并进行协调，解决问题；

7.    根据不同客户和供应商的具体情况，及时进行销售订单及采购订单的月度对帐，确保销售订单和采购订单的数量准确无误，及时提供付款及开票资料给财务部门；  

8.    推行及改进仓储管理制度及其作业流程，并确保其有效实施；

9.    负责部门人员的KPI考核、评估工作；

10.  SCALA系统数据的审核及代理工作，确保系统数据与实际库存的一致性；  

11.  负责物流部门单据的编制与存档管理；

12.  根据公司要求组织仓库盘点工作，对盘点差异进行分析，编制盘点报告；

13.  定期进行培训需求调查，制订物流部门员工的年度培训计划； 

14.  机物料、劳保用品等MRO生产类杂项物品的询价和采购，控制采购成本； 

15.  工厂经理交办的其他工作。    

 

任职条件：

1. 男女不限，年龄25-45岁；

2. 大专及以上学历，五年以上物流管理及相关工作经验；

3. 良好的领导能力，三年以上管理团队经验；

4. 英语读写熟练，口语熟练者优先；

5. 熟悉ISO/IATF16949质量管理体系；

  6.  汽车行业工作经历者优先。
