此岗位作为生产规划总监和规划团队的技术助理/翻译，需组织并安排生产规划的日常事务并进行业务会议中的双语翻译。同时还将负责技术文件的双语翻译，和完成规划总监布置的日常行政工作。计划能力和日常工作的系统方法是该岗位的关键要素。
The purpose of the role is to act as the technical assistant and translator to the Manufacturing Engineering Director and the Manufacturing Engineering Team. This role will involve the organization and planning of the Manufacturing Engineering daily schedule and to provide technical translation between Chinese and English during business meetings. The role will also involve the technical translation of business documents in dual language and to support general administration tasks received from the Manufacturing Engineering Director.
Good planning and a structured approach to daily tasks and activities will be a crucial element of this role.
1.组织安排规划总监的日程。
Daily organization and planning of the Manufacturing Engineering Directors daily schedule.
2.为总监进行业务会议翻译，将涉及技术讨论和编写双语的会议纪要。
Support the Manufacturing Engineering Director during business meetings. This will involve translation of technical Manufacturing Engineering related discussions and compiling dual language meeting minutes.
3.支持规划团队进行业务文件的翻译，如一些汽车总装设备的中英文翻译。
Support the Manufacturing Engineering team with translating business documents that contain reference to Automotive Assembly Equipment between Chinese and English.
4.负责会议中支持其他制造部同事以保证翻译和语句理解无误。
Support other Manufacturing organizations during business meetings to ensure translation and understanding is correct.
5.具有日程行政的职责。
General administration duties.
6.理解汽车行业中生产规划的技术要素。
Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering technical elements within the automotive industry.
岗位将与公司的所有职能部门交互影响，如生产部，采购部，财务部等任何有语言理解困难的场合并支持对外供应商交流会议的翻译。
This role will interact with all functions within the company eg. Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance etc where language difficulties are apparent and supporting meetings between the company and the supplier base.

1. Examples of Knowledge
Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
2. Example of Skills
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
