The Maintenance Manager role will be responsible for supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
Team during the design and facilitisation stages of the project and for setting up the Maintenance Organisation, Processes and Systems in readiness for Launch Build Phases and ongoing Production.

The main responsibilities of the Trim Maintenance Manager will consists of the following:
总装设备经理的职责如下：
1.Setup and manage the Trim Maintenance Team建立和管理总装维修团队
2.Support AME during early stages of the project. – Facility Design & Maintenance对项目前期的规划设计工作进行支持，包括设备的设计和维护。
3. Manage the planned maintenance programmes.管理计划保养流程。
4.Monitor plant, equipment and process operations for correct performance and define and implement
strategies that drive improvement，跟进工厂、设备和工艺过程确保正常的生产，并且确定及实施提升方案
5.Monitor product quality and quantity information and formulate Continuous Improvement actions跟进产品质量和产量信息，实施持续改进。
6.Promote continuous improvement, whilst implementing improved maintenance methods.促进持续改进，同时贯彻改进的维护方法。
7.Develop educational/training plans for Maintenance制定维修组相关的培训、提升计划。
8.Manage the procurement of maintenance materials, whilst remaining inside budgetary targets.管理维修材料的采购，同时确保达到预算控制目标。
9.Support the TPM autonomous maintenance programme with required resources.利用一定的资源支持TPM自主维护项目
This role will interact with most organisations within the business. Key interactions will be Manufacturing, Current Manufacturing Engineering and Suppliers.此岗位对于组织内多个机构有工作关系，主要包括：生产管理部门、生产现场和供应商。
The Maintenance organisation will consists of 6 staff team members, plus hourly maintenance team members.
维修组的组织机构包括6个成员及按工时提供支持的成员。
Budget level approximately RMB10 million. 预算权限约1000万元。
Selection Criteria
1. Examples of Knowledge
Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
2. Example of Skills
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
