Plant Quality is responsible for a range of activities which directly influence the external and internal quality performance of our products. These activities include running Customer Acceptance Lines in Trim and Final Operations, Weld Teardown Department in BIW, Supplier Parts Quality and Measurement Rooms, Dynamic and GRC Audit plus Hydropulse and Water Test Facilities.

This role of the Vehicle Evaluation supervisor is critical in ensuring that the external customer metrics are aligned to the internal operational metrics and that appropriate plans and actions are in place to ensure that external quality targets are achieved.

Plant Quality 工厂质量
1.Represent the voice of the customer and promote accelerated internal improvement to achieve total alignment between external and plant internal indicators代表用户之声，促进内部改进以实现整个外部和工厂内部指标一致。
2. Specifically, map external quality data to internal quality measures to ensure that customer protection is in place for warranty issues.具体而言，将外部质量数据量化，以确保顾客保障在质量担保中体现。

Assurance Requirements保证要求
1.Assure full compliance to MQOS requirements for finished vehicles.对最终的车辆确保完全符合MQOS的要求。
2.Cascade the external to internal alignment of indicators to the manufacturing departments to ensure that inspections are robust and effective in gating the system in the manufacturing departments.对制造部门灌输从外到内一致的指向以确保在把关检查中是稳定有效的。
3.Maintain secured gate release integrity, assure all known vehicle repairs are completed and verified prior to shipping.确保所有已知的车辆在出厂前返工已经完成
4.Monitor Work In Progress vehicle status and insure timely rework and release of the vehicles takes place监控在线车辆状态，确保及时返工，放行
5.Manage the stop ship process to ensure that all vehicles are quarantined and proper rework is completed in a timely manner管理停线程序，确保所有车辆及时被隔离、返工。

Selection Criteria
1. Examples of Knowledge
Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience

3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
