Trim and Final are responsible for the development and introduction of new and modified processes associated with new model introductions and model year changes. This specific role will provide 3D modelling support for the T&F process and facility engineering teams for creating concepts of jigs, fixtures and facilities and for use in simulation exercises. They will also support 2D layout creation and validation with the individual suppliers and building construction teams. 总装是负责新车型及年型车引入过程中新工艺规划及工艺变更。该岗位是负责为总装工艺、设备团队提供三维仿真支持，创建工装、夹具和设备模型进行仿真。同时为供应商或土建团队提供二维布置图创建和验证的支持。
1.Creation of 3D models of jigs, fixtures and facilities for use by the Engineering and Simulation teams in studies and virtual build events. 创建工装、夹具和设备的三维模型，工程仿真团队将利用这些模型进行研究和虚拟验证事件的构建；2.Support the data management activities for 3D and 2D drawings from JLR, CAC, suppliers and any other sources.支持来自于JLR、CAC、供应商和其他资源的2维、3维图纸管理活动；

Commercial acumen and negotiation experience

Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin

3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience

Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
