Conduct methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of the business processes and functions through interaction with key business stakeholders. Define requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems and the quantification of potential business benefits. Create viable specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the construction of information and communication systems. Work with vendors to facilitate system analysis and proof of concept.

？ Applies and monitors the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards, giving special consideration to business perspectives through interaction with business stakeholders.
？ The provision of advice, assistance and guidance in creating business and IT process changes.
？ Conducts investigations at a high level for strategy studies, business requirements specifications and feasibility studies.
？ Prepares business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks.
？ Identifies stakeholders and their business needs.
？ Produce all necessary User Documentation and Manuals.
？ Investigation of use and effectiveness of information systems, working with vendors as required.
？ Contribution to medium- and long-term IT strategies.
？ Maintain relationships across multi-disciplinary work groups including different business functions, IT and vendors.
Work with clients/users/vendors in defining acceptance tests.

1.At least Bachelor’s Degree, major in Industry Engineering, Information Technology or software engineering related field. Advanced Essential
2.Significant experience, 3+ years in IT or MFG department in automobile or manufacturing company Advanced Essential
3.Experience and knowledge of PFS* functions within the automotive environment.
*PFS: Plant Floor System Advanced Essential
4.Experience and knowledge of MES or SAP implementation in the automotive environment Advanced Desirable
5.Strong communication skills Advanced Essential
6.Good analytical and reporting skills Advanced Essential
7.Fluency in English and Mandarin Advanced Essential
8.Experience of working within a Joint Venture User Desirable
9.Technical knowledge of IT systems User Desirable
