Technical design and development of WebSphere ESB mediation modules using several types of SCA components (mediation flow, Java, EJB, etc.) and bindings (MQ, WebService, SCA, FileAdapter, etc.). Languages/Products: UMF, UML, Java, EJB, SCA, SDO, SMO, XML (DOM/SAX), XSL, Rational Software Architect, WebSphere Integration Developer, WebSphere ESB, WebSphere MQ.
？ Good knowledge in Middleware application server( WAS, weblogic, MQ, BEA Tuxedo ,BEA AquaLogic Service Bus ,Oracle SOA Suite )
？ Embedded Software development including driver and middleware development on QNX/LINUX/OSEK/UCOS/VXWORKS platform
？ Familiar with Software development process from requirements to design and implementation.
？ Participate in technical reviews for own or others work.
？ Unit, component test and system test.
？ Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of IT optimization related solution and methodology
？ Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of Middleware (WebSphere, Webloigc etc.) and Database (DB2, Oracle, etc.)
