2. 以提高产品质量及可靠性为目的IOC、OQC、IPQC及其它质量管理手段及方法的有效实施和改进；

3. ODM产品相关质量管理全过程的参与、监督及与客户的联络及有效沟通；    

4. 组织跨部门团队对客户投诉的质量问题进行及时处理并反馈；

5. 重视部门团队建设，提高部门的工作效率。

招聘要求：        

1. 工程技术教育背景，本科及以上学历；    

2. 10以上从事质量管理工作，外资企业3年以上质量经理工作经历；    

3. 流利的英文书写及会话能力；    

4. 较强的跨部门协调能力及团队合作精神；

5. 有ODM及客户服务经历为佳。
