1.   协助上级制定针对分销渠道的年度市场推广计划；

2.   协助上级完成月度/季度/年度营销活动的规划、组织和统筹执行；

3.   与分销部门紧密配合，推动本区域内市场活动的执行与落地；

4.   跟进活动效果，提供可靠的营销数据分析，并在此基础上追求优化和效果提升；

5.   进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业界发展状况，为公司决策提供依据；

6.  上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.  全日制本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告或经济相关类专业；

2.  5年以上市场工作经验，3年以上分销渠道市场支持经验；

3.  有高度职业化精神和专业态度，正直廉洁，性格稳重，无不良金融记录；

4.  了解零售行业市场特征和分销渠道管理特点（家具，家居行业优先），具有零售行业同岗位工作经验者优先；

5.  熟悉各类媒体运作方式，有大型市场活动推广成功经验；

6.  具备良好的沟通合作技巧及执行能力，良好的团队合作精神；

7.  电脑操作熟练，一定的英文听书读写能力。
