岗位职能：

1.Participates in new project development as project team member as well as attend related project meeting.

.参与项目团队进行新产品开发,参与相关的项目会议。

2.Be responsible for new project advance quality planning ,Create inspection instruction and training related inspector，new checking equipment planning and qualification(MSA)参与新项目质量策划；编制产品、过程质量检验标准，并培训相应检验员；策划新测量装置并制造认可（MSA）；

3.Accomplish the quality deparment task according to APQP stage.for example: Feasibility study 、SC/CC matrix prepararation、Raw material/product test arrangment、process capability study、control plan preparation、inspection instruction etc.依APQP 中的要求，完成质量部的任务，如可行性分析，SC/CC 矩阵、原材料/产品测试安排、过程能力分析、控制计划制定、检验作业指导书的制定等。

4.Comunicate with customer on measurement planning,responsible for FAI measurement.与客户沟通相关的产品测量方案，负责FAI的测量。

5.Summary the quality problem ,feedback and coordinate with project team to solve it.开发阶段的产品质量异常的问题点汇总，反馈至项目团队进行改善。

6.Submit the PPAP with sample to customer , Follow up and coordinate with customer to get the full approval from customer.按客户要求汇总与提交PPAP报告与样品，跟踪、改进以获得客户的PPAP完全认可；进行新项目的风险识别与提醒；

7.Planning the annaul product audit and perform it.策划年度产品审核，并执行之。

8.Conduct CMM measurement and develop the optimized measuring program and provide a complete measuring report according the requirement;执行CMM测量检测、建立优化的测量程序，根据要求完成完整的测量报告;

9.Implement the internal and external quality continues improvement. Generate 8D and follow up accordingly.负责内外部的质量持续改善，8D 的发起及跟踪

10.Collect and analyze internal and external quality data and generate monthly quality report.内外部质量数据的收集，完成月度质量报告

11.Assistant supervisor to maintain ISO9001 system and implement the internal audit according to annual plan;协助主管维护质量体系及执行年度的内部体系审核;

12.Be in charge of management of measuring device and calibration；负责公司量具管理和定期校验;

13.To complete the other tasks that supervisor assigns;完成主管安排的其他工作;

岗位责任：

1.Be responsible for planning and monitor the quality related before and after SOP.负责产品质量的前期开发及量产阶段的产品质量策划及监控。

2.Be responsible for CMM measuring; ensure factuality of the measurement result;负责三坐标测量, 确保测量结果的真实性;

3.Implement continues quality improvement 推动持续的质量改善

4.The authority which release by supervisor主管赋予的权力

岗位资格要求：

1.College/Bachelor degree; Major in mechanical/engineering area;大专及以上，机械/工程专业

2.At least 1 years professional experience in CMM measurement technology, good knowledge in dealing with the measurement technology software (esp.Wenzel CMM)有一年以上三坐标测量技术工作经验，熟悉测量技术软件为(esp.Wenzel CMM);

3.Experiences in ISO 9001/ TS16949 certified company (automotive industry)，Handle Internal Auditor certificate of ISO9001/ ISO/TS16949具有在ISO 90001/ TS 16949认证公司，具有ISO9001/ ISO/TS16949 内审核员资格

4.Proficiency in written and spoken English能用英语进行沟通和写作；

5.Good initiative and able to produce quality work under strict deadlines 优良的主动性，能严格按照期限要求，有效的完成工作

6.Good communication skills, Learning ability and team spirit; 良好的沟通技巧, 学习能力及团队精神;

7.Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office);计算机应用熟练（MS Office）;

工作经验

1.More than 8 years multi-national company working experiences in quality function in automotive industry ;至少8年的汽车行业工作经验(其中至少一年的CMM测量经验为佳)

2.More than 5 years work experience in injection industry.至少5年注塑行业工作经验。

3.More than 5 years with international OEM, tier 1 or 2 plastic component supplier, ideal for mechanical/functional plastic parts 至少要有5年的汽车行业OEM工厂或汽车行业一级或二级供应商的工作经验，熟悉塑料机构件及金属件产品。

4.Familiar with CMM measuring and ISO/TS 16949 procedure and 5 tools熟悉CMM测量及ISO/TS16949体系及五大工具（APQP/MSA/FMEA/SPCPPAP/）
