职位描述
岗位职能：
1、Responsible for production process for Injection moulding and assembly and related processes and also for the mould repair
and maintenance.Process parameter set.负责注塑模具生产流程和装配及相关流程，以及模具的维修和保养，以及生产工艺参数的设定。
2、Record and manage and organize the process records,electronic and hardcopy.Record and manage and organize the mould
repairs and maintenance.记录、管理和组织工艺流程电子的和手写的记录，记录、管理和组织模具的维修和保养。
3、Responsible for stability of the processes(CPK)and the good behaviour of the moulds.负责工作流程的稳定性和模具的良好状态。
4、Instruct for production related people of all issues related to the production processes and mould issues.根据生产流程指导
和生产工艺和模具相关的所有事务。
5、Communicate with material,machine,and mould suppliers.与原材料、机器和工具供应商沟通。
6、Arrange material trials,new mould trials,new machine trials and related issues.安排原材料试验，新模具试验，新机器试验和相
关的事务。
7、Analyze and solve quality problems which are related to the processes and moulds.分析和解决生产过程中的质量问题。
8、Other process related tasks assigned by the supervisor.其他主管安排的事务。
岗位责任：
1、To make sure the processes are stable and the mould behaviour as required.确保生产流程稳定运行。
2、To make sure the production in a normal condition.确保生产正常运行。
3、The authority whivh release by supervisor.行使主管赋予的权力。
4、Make sure all processes and mould maintenance/repair are recorded well.确保所有流程都记录完整。
岗位要求：
1、Technical Engineer or above.Based on chemical and/or mechanics.技术工程师或以上，化学或机械专业。
2、Familiar with injection machine and related equipment.Familiar with mould design,mould making and related processes as
(high speed milling,edm,grinding,hardening,etc.)熟悉注塑机等相关设备。熟悉模具设计、模具制作和相关流程。
3、Experienced in injection moulding processes and related issues.有注塑模具和相关流程的经验。
4、Experienced in ISO9000,TS16949 and ISO14000 and also SPC,DOE,ETC.有ISO9000，TS16949或ISO14000的经验。
5、Good English in reading,writing,understanding.良好的英文阅读、写作和理解能力。
6、Good knowledge of computer software and CAD.良好的计算机软件知识。
7、Familiar with the electric,electronic and pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge;熟悉电气、电子、气压和液压等知识。
工作经验：
1、More than 3 years in processing and/or mould making.有至少3年的相关经验。
2、Wide knowledge of plastic materials.对塑料原材料有广泛了解。
3、Familiar with the injection machine(kraussmaffel is better)熟悉注塑机（有kraussmaffei经验更好）
4、Experiences in multi-national company.有在外资企业的工作经历。
