职位描述
岗位职能：
1、Co-operate with purchasing to do supplier souring and qualification.协助采购部门选择及批准合格的供应商。
2、Co-operate with project to development new product quality plan(APQP)from quality department.参与新产品过程开发（APQP)
3、Review and approve the PPAP document with quality manager from supplier.接受并协助质量经理批准供应商的PPAP文件。
4、WIRTHWEIN drawing distribution and revision control on specific parts.发放至供应商的图纸规范的控制。
5、Technology support incoming inspection for received parts,Prepare the inspection instruction for incoming parts.进料检验的
技术支持，制作进料检验规范。
6、Collect and analyze supplier quality data coming from production line and filed,and feedback related information to
supplier.从过程中收集供应商的质量数据，并反馈至供应商。
7、Prepare the supplier quality monthly report,Maintenance related supplier KPI.准备供应商的月度质量报告，维护供应商的KPI。
8、Lead continuous improvement in supplier sites,follow up the 8D report.推动供应商的质量改善，并及时更新8D报告的状态。
9、Establish communication mechanism with supplier on quality issues.建立与供应商良好的沟通。
10、Initiate yearly supplier assessment system.供应商的年度审核。
11、Coordinate with internal quality on supplier quality.协助内部质量解决供应商的来料问题。
12、Archive related quality records and analyze the quality data;归档相关的质量记录；分析质量数据。
13、Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.主管安排的其他工作。

1、Make sure that we receive the good part from supplier.确保Wirthwein（昆山）从供应商接受合格的产品。
2、To continually improve the supplier product quality and satisfy customer's requirements;持续改善供应商产品质量，满足客户的
需求。
3、The authority which release by supervisor.主管赋予的权力。
岗位要求：
1、College/Bachelor degree;Major in mechanial/engineering area;大专及以上，机械/工程专业
2、Good experiences in problem solving and qualty management;良好的问题处理及质量管理经验3、Independent and good
communication skill;team work player;良好的沟通技巧及独立性；团队合作
4、Understand the property of polymeric material and test method;了解高分子合成材料的特性及检测方法
5、Experiences in DIN ISO9001/TS16949 certified company;具有在ISO9001/TS16949认证公司的工作经验
6、Be able to speak and write in English.英语读写流利
工作经验：
1、More than 5 years experiences in supplier quality control.不少于5年的供应商质量管理的工作经验。
2、More than 3 years experiences in automotive industry.不少于三年的汽车行业工作经验。
3、Familiar with quality tools eg.APQP/PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA...熟悉质量工具的应用如：APQP/PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA
4、Experiences in multi-national company;有在外资企业的工作经历。
