Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Manage business system requirement workshop and generate specifications.
? Implementation strategy design, configuration and testing on Experian‘s products.
? Program development either in Java languages.
? Documentation for each stage of the project from scoping to implementation delivery.
? Support presale activity when necessary, write documentation for required solution, make presentations and prepare PoC, etc.

Experiences & Qualifications:
? At least 3 years of working experience in a financial solution development environment, preferably in the financial industry
? Comprehensive understanding of risk management, retail banking and credit card business solution.
? 2+ year of experience in JAVA programming. R/Python is a plus.
? Knowledge of project life cycle, solution delivery cycle and experience of managing cross division projects is a plus.
? Strong ability to follow the logical thought process.
? Hard working and quick learner.
? Preferred majors in Computer Science or related.
? Good communication skills, client facing skills.
? Good command of written and spoken English.
? Experience with Experian products delivery (such as SMG3) or similar counter parts from Experian Competitors, such as FICO’s BLAZE, TRAID is a plus.
