1.QC人力需求计划，并控制人员数量，监控、分析QC成本，制定QC成本优化方案，确保QC检验成本控制在经营指标内；
2.监督进料、在制品、成品QC小组能够按照集团制定的质量标准及检验规程切实执行情况，协调检验资源配合生产变化（含首件认证等），检验控制合理点的判断，有效监督生产质量；
3.检验计量器具制度的制定，审核对新项目开工前计量设备的选型，项目开工前质量风险评估汇总；
4.组织质量控制人员、质量检验人员对专业技术知识的学习，建立一支高素质的质量控制、质量检验队伍，组织召开质量部例会和日常现场质量工作会议，负责本部门员工的工作监督、评价及考核工作；
5.负责公司质量方针、质量目标的贯彻落实，改善公司的质量管理工作，制定及维护文件（三、四级文件、客户图纸、施工图纸、ECN）的发放及回收制度，协调资源支持内部审核、客户审核及第三方审核，确保质量管理体系在工厂内有效执行；
6.驻厂监理、SQE接待及现场对接的监督，确保客户满意，落实不合格品控制程序的执行，客户投诉解决方案的审核，确保内外部质量问题分析及处理的及时性与有效性；
7.质量相关检验数据收集的有效，组织评审质量改善方案及监督实施。

其他要求：

1.熟悉塔筒制作行业的各项制作工序流程
2.掌握QC七大工具、方法论（PDCA、8D、5W1H等）
3.具备一般英语书写及阅读能力
