Basic responsibilities:

1. Build new electrical design of automation machine according to the SPEC from customer;

2. Support purchasing and the workshop, for the ordering of the materials and realization of the equipment;

3. Do FMEA and analysis of capabilities of automation machine;

4. Standardize components selection, complete BOM list and release it correctly;

5. Design electric circuit and cabinet according to design rule, finalize and archive correctly;

6. Write the PLC program according the flow chart of machine action;

7. Realize the standardization of electrical design, make and share the building block to all electrical engineer;

8. Give feedback to the project leaders and resource owners for ongoing projects;

9. Build up a good communication with other departments: purchaser, projects, QC, logistics, member of inner project teams;

10. Follow all other company rule in every day work;

11. Other works assigned by leadership.

Skills:

1. Familiar with at least 1 Popular PLC and norms for electrical design; Bosch Opcon or Beckhoff skill preferred;

2. Familiar with HMI, Motion control system, low voltage components;

3. College degree or above, majored in integration of mechanics and electrics, automation or related field;

4. Be able to use English as working language;

5. Be able to bear high work pressure;

6. Good team spirits;

7. Be able to business travel frequently.

工作职责：

1. 根据客户的要求，完成非标设备电气部分设计；

2. 支持采购（物料订购）和生产（设备制造）；

3. 对非标设备的功能进行FMEA分析；

4. 规范组件的选择，完成BOM表并正确发布；

5. 根据设计规则设计电路和柜体，并准确整理归档；

6. 根据机器动作的流程图编写PLC程序；

7. 实现电气设计的标准化，并与所有电气工程师共享架构模块；

8. 向项目负责人和资源所有者反馈正在进行的项目；

9. 与其他部门以及内部项目组成员建立良好的沟通；

10. 遵循公司的各项规章制度；

11. 完成领导交办的其他事项。

职位要求

1. 三年及以上PLC设计经验，如西门子，欧姆龙等，熟悉电气设计规范。熟悉了解Bosch Opcon 或者Beckhoff者优先考虑；

2. 了解并掌握HMI、运动控制系统和低压元器件；

3. 本科或以上学历，电气工程及其自动化相关专业；

4. 熟练的英语听说读写能力，能使用英语作为主要工作语言；

5. 能承受较大的工作压力；

6. 良好的团队合作精神；

7. 能接受经常出差。
