任职要求：

Make Projects Electric Design and Programing, according to MAK and Customer standards and ensuring quality；

按照公司的标准和客户的要求，进行电气设计和编程。

Complete and update Electrical Guideline for Project with all required information；

严格执行项目的进度要求和质量要求，准时、优质地完成相关手册工作

Make Special Equipment Specifications when needed；

根据项目需要编写特种设备的技术规格要求；

Define Project electric and control Material List (BOM) and input in the system; add required material and corrections during assembly and set up of equipment;

确定项目电气部门物料清单并输入ERP系统，在装配和调试过程中对缺失或变更物料进行增补；

Make equipment I/O chart together with Mechanic Engineers;

与机械工程师确定设备的输入输出信号；

Complete Assembly Notebook with all related electrical documents;

完成所有涉及电气部分的装配手册；

Make equipment electrical documentation for customer;

准备所有客户需要的电气文件；

Support assembly operations in workshop and customer site; fix all electric design, programing, BOM and rest of documents with all modifications done during assembly and set up;

对车间和客户现场的装配提供技术支持，完善电气图纸设计，编程，物料清单以及在调试过程中任何变更的及时跟进；

Coordinate with Mechanic Engineers to solve assembly problems and to ensure machine operation and efficiency;

与机械工程师配合解决装配过程中的问题确保机器运转正常；

Keep safety, clean and organized the office and workshop.

确保车间和办公室干净整洁和安全。

任职资质：

1. 大学本科及以上，电气自动化及相关专业，熟悉电气控制常用元件的特性。

Bachelor degree, major in electrical, familiar with electrical components;

2. 熟练使用Siemens(S7,1200，1500),AB, Omron, Schneider其中至少一种PLC, Siemens优先。

Familiar with Siemens(S7,1200，1500),AB, Omron, Schneider PLC, Siemens is preferred.

3. 有视觉，读码器，私服调试经验，熟练使用 GRAPH，ST（SCL）语言编程。

Have experience in visioning system, familiar with GRAPH，ST（SCL）language.

4. 会E-PLAN绘图, 有高级语言基础，比如VB，C 会Labview 优先，会视觉，有应用工业相机的相关经验，会写工业相机程序。

Familiar to use E-PLAN to make electrical drawing, know senior programming language,eg. VB,C and labview is preferred.

5. 创新精神、优秀的团队合作能力，注重追求结果。

Creative, teamwork spirit, Success orientation and prioritization

6. 良好的英语沟通能力。

Good English skills.

7. 有非标设备行业经验5年以上经验，非标汽车行业优先,能适应出差.

Has 5 years+ experience in special machinery,automotive industry is preferred, willing to travel.
