• Set up and improve origin logistics process and projects with each LSPs

• Origin Process alignment among LSPs

• SOP creation and update

• Vendor training and onboarding relevant with shipping process

• Sourcing, develop and optimize logistics routing for inbound and outbound shipment delivery to shorten lead time and freight cost;

• Coordinates with Planning,Production to ensure proper logistics routing for shipment delivery;

• Maintains an effective organization trough the selection, development and motivation of all personnel

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigne

Requirements:

  

• Bachelor Degree or above in logistics or related field;

• 5-8 years' experiences, including at least 2 years experience in a Managerial position;

• Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry;

• Proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets;

• Strong and convincing communication skills; Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint,Power BI) and e-mail skills required.
