1.Responsible for supporting the suppliers' quality to meet the quality requirements of the Company.

负责支持供应商质量，以达到公司质量要求。

2. Take responsibility of the suppliers’ PPM tracking and monitoring in each month and accumulated one of the assigned commodity group, especially pay special attention to the key suppliers'PPM.

负责对应物料组的供应商每个月及累计PPM跟踪和监控，尤其关注关键供应商PPM。

3.Take responsibility of all QNs’ verification and handling till the closing of the QN at SAP, including supplier quality claim.负责所有QN单的确认和处理，直至在SAP系统中关闭QN，包括供应商质量问题的扣款。

4. Attend the daily shop floor meeting to manage the on-site quality complaints, and give timely feedback to the assembly line on the defective parts' handling.

参加每日车间晨会，处理现场质量投诉，并就问题材料及时给产线反馈。

5.Failure mode analysis and summaries of each key supplier.

对每个关键供应商做缺陷模式分析和总结。

6. Implementation and monitoring of key supplier’s Continuous improvement project plan and action plan.

关键供应商的质量持续改善项目计划和行动项实施、追踪和监控。

7. Solve feedback of quality issues from customers, identify root causes and take permanent corrective actions.

解决从客户反馈的质量问题，确认根本原因，采取长期措施解决问题。

8. Lead supplier parts‘ quality development in the NPI projects, including key dimension identification, technical specification clarification, supplier feasibility study, quality inspection specification, and quality control plans etc with tools such as PPAP with cross functional teams.

主导新开发项目中跨部门合作，针对供应商零部件的质量导入，使用PPAP等工具，来定义关键尺寸，澄清技术细节，进行供应商可行性分析，确定质量检测标准范围、供应商的质量控制计划等。

9. New supplier Audit plan, and supplier improvement plan and implementation based in the findings from 1st audit.

根据第**次审核发现，制定新供应商的审核计划、供应商改善计划及实施。

10. Existing suppliers yearly audit plan. 现存供应商年度审核计划。

11. Support group global sourcing activity and projects related to supplier quality development and management.

支持有关供应商质量发展和管理的集团全球采购活动和项目。

12.Fulfill other tasks assigned by the superior

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical / electrical engineering major. 科以上学历，机械或电气专业

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supplier quality management. 至少五年供应商质量管理工作经验

3. Familiar with the geometrical and dimension inspection.  熟悉几何尺寸检验

4. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system. 熟悉ISO9001质量体系

5. Familiar with VDA6.3 process audit.  熟悉VDA6.3过程审核

6. Familiar with PPAP.  熟悉生产件批准程序

7. Good communication skill.  良好的沟通能力

8. Good at spoken and written English. 良好的英语口语及书写能力

9. Strong responsibility, hard-working, good sense of pro-active.  责任心强、工作认真、积极主动
