• Optimize stock level and improve stock turnover rate.

  优化库存结构和提高库存周转率

• Leading MRP team to improve supplier on time delivery and ensure continuity of production.

• 带领物料采购团队提高供应商准时交付率，确保生产延续性

• Balance the deviation between forecast and order.

  平衡预测与订单的差异性

• Monitor the daily Job of MRP team.Including PO release、PR analyze、Order confirmation etc.

       监督成员日常工作，如订单下达，异常需求分析、订单确认等

• Keep good comunicaition with European suppliers.Follow critical parts delivery status.

  和欧洲供应商保持良好的沟通，跟踪关键零件的发货情况

• Leading the monthly suppliers' performance review meeting、Root cause analysis and action plan、Follow up improvement actions、Charge penalty if necessary

  主导月度供应商的绩效评估、根本原因分析和实际改善计划、跟进改善行动及相关惩罚措施（如必要情况）

• Leading regular SAP master date review,including safety stock,MOQ,rounding value and delivery time etc.

  带领团队定期维护SAP主数据，包括安全库存和最小库存量、最小包装量和送货频次等。

• Cooperate with Material Planner to deal with dead stock and engineering change.

  与物料计划员共同协作处理呆滞物料和工程变更。

• Cooperate with Logistics Engineer to improve supplier package.

  与物流工程师合作改善供应商包装

• Relative finance issue handling.

  相关财务事宜处理

• Other task assigned by leader.
