1、及时、准确接听/转接电话，如需要，记录留言并及时转达；

2、热情、周到接待来访客人并及时准确通知被访人员；

3、负责前台区域的环境维护，保证设备安全及正常运转；

4、协助公司员工的复印、传真等工作；

5、负责办公用品采购、管理、发放统计工作；

6、负责公司培训、会议的工作安排；
7、认真做好快递的收发和对帐工作；

8、完成上级主管交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1. 中专及以上学历，有前台、行政相关工作经验优先；

2. 谈吐条理清晰，思维敏捷,具备良好语言表达沟通能力；

3. 熟练操作各类办公软件及办公设备；

4. 具备良好的事务处理能力及服务精神；

5. 责任心强，有较强的团队合作精神与应变处理能力；

6. 性格稳重，亲和力好，形象气质佳。

岗位要求：

1、一年以上相关工作经验；  

2、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；  

3、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚；  

4、熟练使用相关办公软件。
