Responsibilities and duties

. Manager ME team

· Work with product engineers to define manufacturing process

· Work with central ME and/or supplier to ensure manufacturing line readiness in time

· Provide ME support to operation for smooth day-to-day manufacturing and continuous improvement

· Equipment maintenance (down-time reduction, spare parts management, etc.)

· OE(Operation Efficiency) improvement (up-time, throughput, scrap rate, etc.)

· Cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement

· Actively support business pursuit

· Drive standardization of manufacturing process

· Lead automation for new and existing programs

· Responsible for ME capability growth

· Define manufacturing process technology roadmap

· Conduct training/coaching of ME engineers

· Manage the conflict of customer program execution and pure capability growth

· Define ME KPI and review the KPI regularly

Qualifications / Requirements

· Bachelor's degree, major in mechanical engineering

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent oral and written English skills

· 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering

· 5+ years of engineering management experience (leading people experience, preferably experience of leading leaders

· Expertise with Lean / Six Sigma Manufacturing, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis

· Valve product related experience is preferred

· Be familiar with auto industry quality system such as ISO9001/QS9000/IATF16949
