Responsibilities：

• Bring in supply chain know-how of OSAT in BU MS

• Supply Chain development.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Functional coordination of key users in Business Unit MS, with focus on Supply Chain end to end processes.

• Develop and improve Supply Chain forecasting & visibility e2e.

• Improve inventory- and lead time management

• Improve Supply Chain KPI’s, targets & reporting

• Plan & execute int. & ext. Supply Chain process audits.

• BU Supply Chain Planning Process coordination

• Drive initiatives to reduce operating expenses within the supply chain and enhance service

• Develop and push digital supply chain 4.0 concept

                      

Requirments： 

• Bachelor or master degree in SCM or related discipline such as SC Planning, Supply, Production, Sales & Distribution.

• Required knowledge of 5-8 years business expertise in SCM.

• Good understanding of systems (SAP, MS office, etc.) and linked data & information flows.

• Business understanding in integrated interconnection business (e.g. OSAT).

• Very good understanding of material-, information- and financial related business processes along the Supply Chain.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and business process improvements aiming for visibility.

• Good know-how within project management, process analysis and process management.

• Outstanding communication (English) and interpersonal abilities to actively build & maintain relationships across all levels.

• Active contribution and development of new SC methods/systems/techniques as a key member of the AT&S SC network.

• Willingness to travel.
