职位描述

General Description:

  • As customer support, you will be daily contact with customers and vendors assisting on daily tasks and questions on Cargoo.
  • You are a Cargoo super user
  • You will play a key role in the customer support process and the continuous improvement on Cargoo UI (user interface) and user experience.
  • You are part of the global customer service team.


Specific Accountabilities:

As a Cargoo super user you are responsible for 1st level support to customers on following tasks (list not complete):

  • Dashboard – know the functionality and assist users
  • User management – able to assist during setup
  • Business partners – able to explain relationship and assist during first time setup
  • Order – able to explain role within workflow and assist how to upload and enter an order
  • Shipment plan – able to explain, guide and assist
  • Direct bookings – able to explain, guide and assist
  • Track and trace – able to explain the logic and the importance of container events and fix/add simple container events
  • Rates – able to explain, guide and assist
  • BI – able to explain, guide and assist as well as setup simply BI templates
  • Exception management – able to explain, guide and assist


Qualifications:

  • Completed an education in freight forwarding with a focus on international shipping or similar education in International Supply Chain.
  • Further education in IT and/or logistic oriented digitalization process is advantage.


Working Experience:

  • Min. 2 years of customer service in freight forwarding or any other logistic or supply chain environment.
  • Setup and support for trading partners, participation in new customer on-boarding process.
  • Participation in handover on a global basis according to handover procedures.
  • Quick pick-up, understanding and commitment to always follow client specific and internal company work processes, SOPs and KPIs.
  • Write training manuals and train users.
  • Constant focus on Continuous Improvement, making recommendations for the improvement of client specific and internal company work processes, SOPs and KPIs.
  • A distinct service mentality and customer orientation are essential.

Language skills:

  • CET 4 or above.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • ITIL support flow organization is preferred
