Responsibilities:  

1. Overall supplier quality management with goal of improving supplier ownership of quality, quality performance to targets.

2. Coordinate and perform activities in line with Bufab’s supplier quality requirements and customer’s requirements which link to supplier, provide training to supplier as needed.

3. Lead and handle Non-conforming goods process and follow up replacement with acceptable quality level.

4. Lead supplier quality problems solving, include investigate, analyse and resolve, support and coach supplier dig out the root casue and take effective corrective/preventive action plan to solve quality problems. Follow up the action implement  by audit, review evidence from supplier, supplier quality data trend analysis etc.

5. Mange supplier 8D report and other quality reports, Push & coach suppliers as needed.

6. Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply.

7. Manage supplier quality performance with sourcing support, perform data analysis on a regular base, figure out the issues need to focus and imprvement opportunities,  monthly review with Managers and suppliers. Base on the data analysis work out improvement plan together with supplier,drive and follow up the implement.

   Highligh the high risk supplier to sourcing with supporting data and proposal.

8. Drive supplier quality continously improvement, based on problem solving, performce management, imprvement projects etc.

9. Strategically lead supplier improvement projects to increase the supplier capability, using QC tools, Control plan, DMAIC, SPC, 6 Sigma project etc. as needed.

10. Frequent travelling may be required.

11. If needed, act as internal trainer to deliver internal training course to other colleagues

12. If needed, actively participate in Company’s continuous improvement projects.12.

Education & Qualifications:  

1. Bachelor degree with engineering background, major in mechanical or material is preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years quality experience with at least 3 years as a SQE in a manufacturing environment.

3. Good knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16494.

4. Experience with quality tools, such as PPAP, SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, etc.

5. Good experience on data snalysis and problem solving.

6. Good knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.

7. Experience in fastener /small part industry is a plus.

8. Familiar with MS office.

 9. Fluent English in oral and writing.

2. Strong interpersonal & communication skills, presentation skills and statistical analysis ability.
