DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION


Labbrand is looking for an out-going and supportive Senior Business Manager for BAM (BD&AM) team , based in our Shanghai headquarters. You will help to open the possibility of making a brand strong or maintaining a strong brand by connecting their needs to our capabilities. You will assist to propose the right-fit solutions to our prospect, develop trust-based relationship with ongoing client contacts, and ensure the smooth transition from business development to project teams.


DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES


Client Engagement:

  • Conduct proposal presentation in a storytelling way and communicate the story clearly
  • Quotes making/ formatting/ mailing and so on to clients for new opportunity.
  • Maintain account management, including attending events, forum, and presentation meeting regularly on a strategic level to activate regular customers.
  • Organize the development of compelling case studies and newsletters (content/visuals) from completed projects, as well as relevant articles to promote Labbrand consulting services.


Project Excellence:

  • Establish a bond with Directors and Clients in on-going projects.
  • Support other teams for cross department projects.
  • Build strong relationship with clients.


Thought Leadership:

  • Collaborating with the Corporate Branding team to design the optimum strategy for being front of mind for new business target audiences, including optimizing our credentials
  • Develop campaign programs to reach specific targets and monitor their performance
  • Being expert in operating Labbrand CRM system, managing the pipeline of new business opportunities and implementing more active use of the CRM system to boost the business (analytics implementation and monitoring)


Team Development:

  • Assist to develop/learn and apply innovative methodologies to meet specific goals: Sales Skills, Customers Efficient Communication, Customer Service, etc.
  • Assist to Guide team to learn new knowledge and techniques.
  • Planning activities of team, resources and implementation.

REQUESTED COMPETENCIES


General:

  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility with integrity and trust
  • Ability to progress autonomously and strong learning ability
  • Strong logical and communication skill
  • Cross cultural Sensitivity with proficiency in English as well as Mandarin


Business specific:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing management or related field is a plus
  • At least 5 years work experience in business development, account management
  • Brand thinking and capacity for abstraction
  • Strong capability of relationship building and decision making
  • Possessing the flexibility based on the changing environment.
