职位描述
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process, owning hiring targets and performing as a trusted recruitment advisor for JW Therapeutics.
- Partners with hiring managers to understand business requirements/strategy and appropriate skill sets to ensure current and future resource demands are met.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process; candidate sourcing/screening/shortlisting, driving business-candidate interviews, decision making and hire approval processes.
- Maximizing usage of direct sourcing channels and filling vacancies efficiently.
- Be responsible for job posting (internal & external), sourcing, candidates profiles, selecting, interviewing, evaluating, offering, referral process and pre-employment activities
- Build and maintain candidate database
- Prepare recruiting and hiring reports
Competencies:
- Strong understanding and ability to recruit for all levels of the organization
- Highly collaborative, responsive and excellent communication skill
- Customer focused and ensures highest level of candidate satisfaction
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
- At least 3+ years hands-on recruitment experience, medical and R&D roles recruiting experience in pharmaceutical industry would be preferred
