Reporting to the Sales Department, the successful field application engineer manages the technical supports to the next level for all customers with thorough understanding of company technologies and detailed knowledge of applications for the Automotive and CE segments.
He helps to build a strong sales pipeline which will deliver against company's over all business goals.

Main responsibilities:
? Main technical interface and main point-of-contact for Chinese customer technical support;
? Support and provide guidance during the integration;
? Interface between Paris R&D and customer engineers;
? Diagnose and if possible resolve customer issues during integration phase;
? Support pre and post sales activities with technical product presentation, process explanation, demo preparation;
? Provide feedback to R&D and other engineering departments regarding company implementations;
? Draft technical proposal (SOW) document and communicate it with customer engineers;
? Manage program schedule to cope with customer expectation and engineering delivery capability.



任职要求：
? Bachelor or Master level degrees (either EE or CS);
? 2~5 year experience in audio oriented task;
? Audio enthusiastic;
? Strong interest in audio & DSP concepts. Understanding about Digital Audio/ Analog Audio, Broadcast Specifications , Audio Signal Processing and Acoustics preferred ( Perceptual Coding , Lossless codec , sound tuning , post processing algorithms );
? Understand customer requirements, delivering technical presentations, technology demonstrations, and promoting the value proposition of Arkamys audio technologies to customers;
? Programming language skills (C/C++);
? Mandarin-speaking & English-speaking. French is a plus;
? Strong communication and presentation skills (Should be comfortable and confident to convince customer audio expert);
? Position will require some domestic and international travel.
