Essential Responsibilities

· Preparation of forecasts and budgets forecasting and reporting of the P&L, cash flow, B/S etc. required by the management.

· Analyze plans and forecast to understand variances to prior year and budget as well as identify risks and opportunities

· Monthly and quarterly closes: assist with the P&L close and pacing process; communicate regularly with operation team and FP&A

· Ensure smooth and effective communication and timely and accurate reporting of the operation and financial results

· Partner with each project team, provide the advices to support the business operations;

a) Accounting

Supervise monthly, quarterly and annual closing under both IFRS standard and local GAAP

- Ensure the accurate and timely monthly accounting reporting

- Review all of the accounting entries and ensure the accuracy with the proper authorizations and supporting documents;

- Liaise with internal and external auditors for all audit affairs

b) Cost control

- Supervise the budget file for each project;

- Control the payment amounts are within the budget file provided by project team;

- Review the commercial contracts with vendors and clients;

- Accrue the sales and cost based on the budget file for each project

c) Tax

- Follow the changes in tax legislation, ensure compliance with Chinese tax regulations

- Handle all taxes to the tax bureau in the Region

- Provide tax advisory to support business requirement

- Monitor Transfer Price related affairs

e) Miscellaneous

- Present F&A matters in cooperation with CFO

- Additional projects and tasks assigned by CFO

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

· Minimum 10 years of finance work experience

· Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management

· Strong time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment

· Ability to work both independently and with a team and have the flexibility to take on miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

· Familiar with accounting software, especially in Kingdee system;

· Prior FP&A experience
