Tasks:

? Time study and line balance improvement, update the routing time in SAP (once per year). 

? Lean basics training for the workers (once per week). 

? Line optimization, Layout improvement and update in coil. 

? Support project leader to update the monthly project saving.

? Support to work out the yearly VSM/VSD in department; 

? As an Everest trainer to facilitate the CIP project implementation smoothly in the department. 

? Organize the lean workshop to support the project implementation, eg. 5s, SMED, Kanban, Cardboard engineering… 

? Lead the CIP project implementation in the department. 

? Other general tasks from production systems & CIP.

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree above majored in industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical engineering, automation…or related. 

? 3 year experience on manufacturing, process, industrial engineering. 

? 3 years of lean experience. 

? Rich experience of time study. 

? Good at lean/IE knowledge. 

? Good at Auto. CAD. 

? Good English in written and oral. 

? Team work sprite, Work under pressure, innovative.
