职位描述
为了确保制订和实施中长期产品发展规划，参与竞拆和分析活动，确定产品发展方向；
为了确保制订和实施中长期产品发展规划，参与制定战略客户新产品开发方向，编制AOP，实施AOP。
参与收集和了解行业中先进的制造技术和发展方向，实施固定资产投资计划，确保实施中长期制造资源发展规划；
参与了解行业最新试验技术及方向和制定实验室投资与发展规划，确保实验室规划及日常管理的顺利进行；
负责新产品报价的完成；
为了确保新产品开发，负责新产品Workbook的编制；
为了确保新产品开发，负责产品特殊特性清单，DFMEA，产品图纸，BOM，材料、总成技术规范，试验大纲DVP&R等技术文件的编制；
参与供应商的选择和确定；
负责组织，安排，参与样件的调试；
负责为项目组成员提供技术支持与服务；
参与确认新产品实验与验证、负责PPAP评审；
为了组织优化产品设计和制造工艺，负责编制，参与评审产品/4M更改申请单；
负责产品技术文件(特殊特性清单，DFMEA，产品图纸，BOM，材料、总成技术规范，试验大纲DVP&R等)的变更，以满足产品/4M更改申请单要求；
负责确定产品库存处理意见，参与产品变更的客户确认工作。
参与并完成技术降成本工作。
完成直接上级安排的其它工作。
任职资格：
1. 熟悉IATF16949体系及相关新产品开发流程；
2. 熟练使用AutoCAD、PRO/E制图软件、PDM系统和Office软件；
3. 熟悉汽车零部件产品开发经验和制造经验；
4. 具有三年以上工作经验；
5. 英语六级，读写和口语良好；
6. 具有滤清器行业工作经验者优先。
