岗位目标:

以客户和市场需求为导向，通过技术创新和积累，设计和开发高质量、大容量的软件系统，为客户提供***性价比的解决方案。

岗位职责：

· 有效带领开发团队，提升团队的凝聚力和技术能力

· 带领团队，进行产品核心技术的创新和积累

· 有效进行客户需求分析，完成产品和项目的需求分析

· 高质量进行产品和项目的总体、详细设计，并且完成相应的设计文档

· 承担产品和项目的关键模块、算法的开发

· 有效进行配置管理和软件发布

· 和客户沟通，并提供关键问题的解决方案

岗位要求

· 具备计算机相关的大专及以上学历

· 具备良好的中文、英文读、写和口头沟通能力

· 具备良好的团队协作精神，拥有良好的跨团队沟通技巧

· 好学、上进、责任心强，能够有效管理压力、具备敢做的精神

· 深入了解J2EE/SQL/性能优化/多层结构/设计模式/算法/数据结构

· 能够熟练对Linux系统、数据库进行操作

· 具备至少4年以上的产品和项目经验

· 能够在中国、新加坡、泰国等地进行出差及相应的工作任务处理
