Scope and General Purpose of Job / 工作范围及目的

1.         Mainly responsible for new hotel project LV Electronic systems which include following subsystem ( BA, Fire Alam, Gas Alam, Fire broadcast and Backgroud Music, Meeting system, Lighting Control, PABX, Integrated Cabling, CCTV Security, Safety electronic patrol, Guest Room TV, Room energy Control, electric door locking, one-card access, Parking, Wireless intercommunicating, Information Display, Wireless internet signal, Machine Room and whole Integrated piping system.

主要负责豪生集团酒店项目的的弱电系统工程，弱电系统包括以下二十四个弱电子系统(楼宇自控、火灾报警、燃气报警、消防广播和背景音乐、会议扩声和音视频、灯光控制、电话交换机、综合布线、安防监控、防盗报警、电子巡更、闭路电视、客房控制、客房电子门锁、门禁一卡通、停车场管理、无线对讲、酒店内部移动通信、酒店信息发布、无线上网信号覆盖、移动电话信号覆盖、机房工程、综合管路工程)；

2.         Responsible for LV Electronic systems technical Support of new hotel project, and review LV Electronic systems design scheme and design plan to ensure design accords with Howard Johnson group standards.

负责酒店项目中弱电系统工程的服务，为公司新的酒店项目提供技术支持及建议，并审核设计单位设计的所有弱电系统的设计方案及弱电系统的平面图符合豪生集团的标准。

3.         Responsible for new LV Electronic systems product evaluation and testing.

负责针对市场上新的弱电系统相关产品的评估和测试。

BASIC FUNCTION基本职责

1.         Responsible for introducing LV Electronic system standard of our Howard Johnson to hotel owner and Design Company. Explain and reply query to the owner.

负责新酒店项目会议上的有关豪生集团弱电系统规范标准的介绍，并解释业主方人员疑问。

2.         Participate in the hotel owner bidding meeting about LV Electronic systems, and provide owner correct and scientific suggestions base on group standard.

参与酒店业主关于弱电系统的招标会议，并向业主方提供正确的、科学的建议以确保最终系统符合豪生集团标准要求。

3.         Participate in the hotel owner meeting about Product selection of LV Electronic systems, and provide owner corresponding suggestions base on group standard and requirement of hotel operation.

负责与业主方沟通并参与业主方弱电系统具体产品设备选型的讨论，并根据豪生国际酒店弱电系统的规范标准及酒店运营需要提出相应的建议。

4.         Responsible for providing scientific, practical, rationalization advice about hotel owner’s request of LV Electronic systems new function and applications.

负责针对酒店业主方要求的弱电系统新的功能及应用方案的评估及建议，提出科学性、实用性、合理化的建议。

5.         Responsible for providing owner comments about the system diagram and point plan of 24 LV Electronic subsystems.

负责提供业主弱电24个子系统的系统图及各系统点位图的审核意见。

6.         Responsible for checking construction drawing of LV Electronic systems.

负责检查弱电施工方的弱电各系统的图纸。

7.         Evaluation and audit LV electronic modified scheme.

评估审核弱电系统的修改方案。

8.         Responsible for providing Checking opinion during LV Electronic system installation progress.

负责检查酒店项目弱电施工中的进展状况及发现的施工问题，提出建议及修改。

9.         Evaluation and audit hotel LV Electronic system of Mockup room.

负责酒店项目的客房样板房检查审核工作。

10.     Assist hotel management team to check and accept hotel LV Electronic system to ensure system function according with hotel operation.

协助酒店管理团队验收新酒店的弱电系统，以确保其符合豪生酒店正常运营的要求 。

11.     Assist System Director about update of LV Electronic system standard.

协助系统总监更新弱电系统标准。

12.     Assist System Director in updating the Design Guide.

协助系统总监更新设计标准。

13.     Assist System Director in new Hi-Tech system's testing and evaluation.

协助系统总监关于智能化新产品的测试和评估。
