ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

1. Plan and administer the Site Cost, Quality and schedules for the deliverables for each construction project;

2. Reviewing all applicable job data, including POs, project plans, specs, and providing comments when applicable;

3. Coordinating with other departments and Project Managers to meet scheduled task deadlines, maintain schedule for purchasing, fabrication, construction, inspection, start-up, etc., and prioritizing staff workload to meet goals; assigning warranty items to engineering staff;

4. Scheduling and conducting project review meeting, focusing on construction quality, scope of supply, cost, construction, and project scheduling;

5. Advising Project Management and Project Engineers of project status while adhering to all appropriate policies and established safety procedures;

6. Report any variations to management, including costs and problems which may change the forecast delivery, profitability, warranty etc of such contracts;

7. Communicating promptly with customer on project schedule and any issues relating to that contract;

8. Responsible for timely execution of all assigned projects, may be responsible for the work of others (e.g. Sub-Contractor staff)

9. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures;

10. Other duties may be assigned as required.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Related experience gained in a construction, engineering or project management environment plus related work experience in site construction and project management and water/wastewater equipment.
• Experience in site construction and site project management involving multiple projects.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• B.S. degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering with over five (5) years experience in water treatment or other related project management; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive enquiries and complaints.
• Ability to understand and both read, write and converse in English at advanced level.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing on a technical level.
• Must have demonstrated interpersonal and customer relations skills.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Computer Skills: Word, Excel,Project and other MS Office programs.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply advanced mathematical equations to a variety of complex, non-standard situations.
• Travel: Travel is occasionally required to locations nationally and internationally.

Other:

1. Ability to read and understand specification, fabrication, erection, and standard engineering drawings;
2. Knowledge of machining, fabrication, and assembly techniques;
3. Knowledge of drafting standard for both structural and mechanical design;
4. Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Terms & Conditions and Contract law
5. Understanding of water and wastewater equipment

9. 按照已建立的安全程序执行所有工作;

10. 其他可能被分配的职责。

教育、培训和经验

• 在建筑、工程或项目管理环境中获得相关经验，加上在现场施工、项目管理和水/废水设备方面的相关工作经验。
• 有多个项目的现场施工和现场项目管理经验。
• 有专业工程师执照者优先。
• 化学或环境工程学士学位，5年以上水处理或其他相关项目管理经验;或同等学历和工作经验。

沟通技巧

• 能有效回应敏感的询问和投诉。
• 具有良好的英语阅读、写作和会话能力。
• 必须能够在技术层面上进行口头和书面交流。
• 必须具备良好的人际关系和客户关系技巧。

其他技能和能力

• 计算机技能:Word、Excel、Project等Office软件。
• 数学技能:能够将高级数学方程式应用于各种复杂、非标准的情况。
• 出差:偶尔需要出差到国内或国外的一些地点。

其他:

1. 能够阅读和理解规范、制造、安装和标准工程图纸;
2. 具备机加工、制造和装配技术知识;
3. 具备结构和机械设计的制图标准;
4. 熟悉并理解商业条款和合同法
5. 了解水和废水处理设备
