Responsibilities:

- Schedule arrangement for Managing Director.协助总经理工作日程的安排。

- Cooperate with the MD for the development/ arrangement of the public relations (public authorities, key customers).
配合总经理处理外部公共关系（政府、重要客户等）。

- Take minutes of meetings/ conferences and control/ follow-up of the implementation of activities that have been decided; translate related documents. Accompanying translation.
撰写和跟进落实公司总经理会议、专题研讨会议等公司会议纪要；各类文件及随行翻译。

- Adm. Management (Power, Decoration, Insurance, office admin etc).

公司各项行政事物的处理。电力，装修，保险，办公室管理。

- Supervise and manage the work of IT and reception.

IT及前台事务的监督管理。

- Issue of MD’s apartment (internet, tell, electricity, water).

总经理私人事务的协助处理：如处理公寓交费，上网等。

- Other assigned and temporary tasks.

完成其他临时交办的任务。

Requirements:

- relatively comprehensive/ universal personal abilities/ qualifications; ability to learn company related knowledge quickly
具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识

- good language skills, reading, writing in English and Chinese
熟练的中英文口语、阅读和写作能力

- proficiently using office software
熟练使用办公软件

- good skills in the areas of company organisation, coordination, and communication; extraordinary social skills
有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及出色的人际交往和社会活动能力

- good team spirit, honest and reliable, friendly, able to convince others, to work independently and to keep relationships
