岗位要求：

1、了解和掌握当日及未来客房预订情况；

2、熟练掌握前台电脑操作系统、程控交换机、门锁控制系统、会员卡系统和银行刷卡系统，熟悉前台各项设施设备的使用；

3、为客人办理入住登记手续；

4、处理客人换房、续房、问询、留言等服务；

5、管理好自己当班时的所有现金、帐务和单据；

6、负责前台的日常清洁卫生；

7、记录客人意见和建议，受理客人投诉；

8、负责管理会员卡客人的信息资料

任职要求：

1.英语口语流利

2.良好的个人形象

3.身体健康，性格开朗，积极

4.良好的服务态度和营销意识

5.星级酒店一年以上相关工作经验优先考虑，欢迎应届毕业生
