-Developed all products and formulas requested by laboratory manager in given lead-time according to our internal rules.

根据内部要求按实验经理的要求在规定时间内研发产品和油墨配方，

-Give proposal to improve formula (quality or cost target)

提出改善油墨配方的建议（质量或者成本方面）

-Develop new formula to reach customer expectations according to chemical rules and knowledge

  研发新的油墨配方来满足客户的期望

-Follow the industrialization of the formula developed

  遵守配方研发的工业化规范

-Inform laboratory manager about modification or improvement made

  及时上报实验室经理关于配方的改良

-Validate with the technical support team his formula.

  与技术服务部及时沟通确认配方的可行性

-Send report about formula, pigment, printing process, test result

独立王城配方报告，印刷流程及测试报告

要求：

• Chemical diploma (master or bachelor)  化工专业（本科或硕士）
• Minimum 3 years in the industry ( paint, screen printing inks, Flexo printing , Gravure  printing (Screen Printing priority ) 至少3年的工作经验（涂料，丝印，柔印，凹印（尤其是丝印优先））
• Laboratory knowledge  实验室经验
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with careful attention to detail  自我激励，注重结果，注重细节
