1.通过卓越的客户服务，专业的销售管理和有效的员工管理，使店铺正常地运营；

2.在日常的店铺运营上，通过创造和利用各种资源有效地提高销售额；

3.在公司政策下协助员工入职，技能培训，评估能力，明确职责及严肃纪律，以确保店铺人员架构的完整以及销售目标的达成；

4.能掌握公司标准化的产品流行趋势及知识，并以此提供顾客详细的、专业的选购建议，积极完成公司销售业绩目标；

5.坚持高效的，友好的客户服务质量；监督员工表现，确保维持良好的客户服务；

6.实施和遵循正确的陈列指引维护品牌形象，通过展示来提高销售量；

7.监督并呈报所有的店铺运营操作包括小票，日常报表，银行报表以及销售报表；

8.执行上级交办的其他事宜。

职位要求：

1.年龄28-40岁

2.至少3年相关零售店铺营运管理经验，有国外进口时装或皮具品牌背景者尤佳

3.擅长数据处理

4.较强的人际技能，包括建立与员工的信任关系，具备有效的口头和书面沟通技能

5.较好的团队合作意识及良好跨级别沟通能力

6.具有责任意识
