Responsibilities:
1.Grow an NPI/R&D team in Kunshan Cosemi.
2.Be responsible for daily engineering activities in Kunshan Cosemi and will actively participate in the next generation product development.
3.Manage interactions with US Cosemi engineering team to provide support for current engineering projects.
4.Be responsible for technical support for contract manufacturers including product specifications and manufacturing related product issues.

Requirements:
1.5+ year's experience in fiber optic components R&D with management experience.
2.Hands on experience on fiber optics and high speed RF electronics.
3.M.S. or Ph.D in Electrical engineering, Physics, optics, telecommunication or other equivalent.
4.Proven ability of leading a team to finish R&D project from start to volume production.
5.Experienced in leading multi-functional teams including optical design, control electronics hardware, software/ firmware and mechanicals.
6.Written and spoken English skills and Good in Communication
