职位描述

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process, owning hiring targets and performing as a trusted recruitment advisor for JW Therapeutics.  

  1. Work closely with HRD to work out the recruiting strategy to target different groups of employees
  2. Develop and maintain effective hiring channels to candidates’ searching and pipeline
  3. Make the annual headcount request planning and recruiting planning, in accordance with business development needs and headcount regulations
  4. Attend the social job fairs, professional meetings and membership development meetings to expand candidate pool.
  5. Design job posting and advisement for promotion in different channels and candidate groups
  6. Actively conducting HR recruiting projects while implementing the whole cycle of recruitment events.
  7. Build up good employer branding for candidates.

  2. Communication: Excellent written and communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels in a simple and concise manner.
  3. Passion: Demonstrate passion for data and operational results.
  4. Influencing: Advanced ability to partner, collaborate, and impact decisions at all levels within and outside the organization.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor Degree or above
  2. 8 years + Human Resources working experiences with at least 5 years focused on recruiting related function
  3. Deep knowledge of Biotech recruitment prefer
  4. Fluent English both in oral and written
  5. Good execution and strong ownership
  6. Change mindset
