职位描述
1.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The objective of Industrialization Engineer is to increase production and operation’s efficiency, through people management, technology and business organization. As an Industrialization Engineer, it is important to keep advancing your education and kills.
2.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following:
2.1 Learn product requirements and ensure that they are met.
2.2 Solve production problems that arise within an organization.
2.3 Design information as well as manufacturing systems.
2.4 Support manufacturing factory to optimize production process by Lean concept.
2.5 Create and upgrade systems for goods and services distribution.
2.6 Develop cost efficient processes in the engineering field.
2.7 Monitor the general flow of operations.
2.8 Establish programs of work measurement in order to guarantee fulfillment of targets and deadlines.
2.9 Determine how best to use the work force to achieve maximum productivity.
2.10 Give recommendations on how to improve productivity.
2.11 Communicate with the staff and management on ways of implementing the plans and the recommendations that they come up with.
3.0 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.1 Provide guidance and training to manufacturing team.
3.2 Supporting Engineering team for Engineering samples test
3.3 Troubleshooting assembly equipment/fixture failures. Performs diagnosis of assembly errors, wiring errors and other problems related to assembly construction.
3.4 Other duties as assigned.
4.0 PRINCIPLE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
4.1 Engineering Manager
4.2 Product Design Engineer/ QA/R&D
5.0 REQUIREMENTS:
5.1 A Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering
5.2 5+ work experience with relative manufacturing engineering experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and MSOffice software.
5.3 Good problem solvers.
5.4 Experience utilizing 6 Sigma & Lean principles.
5.5 Experience in Product Development process/transfer/Start-Ups in manufacturing environment Be flexible enough to travel to job sites when need arises.
5.6 Able to work with minimum or no supervision
5.7 Familiar with factory manufacturing/assembly process, Experience in Sheet metal process, and PCBA build process
5.8 Project Management Skills
5.9 Travel as needed.
