Sets up and maintains family address codes and statements in MES

Creates, monitors, modifies, or deletes broadcast codes for manifest changes per production build and EWO's (change broadcast based on break point of EWO)( Engineering Work Order 工程工作指令 )

Runs search and find request screens for production, yard campaigns, broadcast changes, etc

Sets up and maintains profiles and formats for build documents, run sheets, manifest, or formats for PLC's

Responsible for maintaining tables that facilitate information interaction with other production systems in the plant

Works reports designated for broadcast & flex maintenance information

Works with Engineering and IT to initiate & follow up on Model Year copying of plant information

Coordinates and maintains printer and equipment functionality with maintenance and IT

Maintains broadcast statements for build documents in the SAP and MES systems

Works with central office to correct errors in non broadcast parts (specification groups)

Applies temporary EWO’s to broadcast codes as required

Monitors & updates communication interruption contingency plan with nearby 3^rd Party operations and suppliers

Updates daily information for plant manager’s report

Assigns, modifies and removes “hold” codes on vehicles for management due to special vehicle handling

Maintains ISO standards

Implements, monitors and maintains QPS elements

Processes scrap jobs and coordinates restart of the builds

Responds to production department requests and problems

Matches duplicate or miss-built jobs to an un-built job then advances the order to prevent scrap
