职位描述
1.Lead the activities of a group of production workers to safely and efficiently build high quality products in the right quantities within the product specifications
2.Organize the work place for optimum build quality, efficiency and safety
3.Develop, document and assure compliance with Standardized Work Instructions for each operation or task
4.Perform basic maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot problems or arrange for equipment to be repaired or serviced by appropriate technicians
5.Monitor the performance and output of the team and re-assign production tasks and inputs to ensure that production specifications and schedules, cost, wastage targets and quality standards are met.
6.Maintain accurate daily production records for the team or group so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
7.Train, develop, coach and mentor all team members to assess and assure skills and competencies
8.Develop and implement training plans and rotational assignments to develop operator flexibility to perform various operations
9.Manage work force to assure compliance with workplace policies and rules
10.Manage manpower of the group and ensure all teams are capable to run with regard to labor availability and follow absenteeism replacement concept
11.Continue to balance cycle time in each team; reduce non-value added cycle time and cost of manpower.
Content Knowledge:Knowledge of automotive spray booths, ovens ,paint repair ,mix color
Working Experience:At least three years leadership experience; preferably from an automotive OEM
Education Background :Bachelor or vocational degree or above
Special Requirement:1.Strong responsibility and ability to withstand pressure
2.Candidate should have familiarization of lean manufacturing and 'working knowledge' of it within the automotive environment
3.Ability of independent analysis, judgment and problem solving
4.Candidate must have excellent communication skills
5.Candidate must have team oriented leadership skills
6.Proficiency in manual spray painting techniques with the ability to teach
