3.Handling customer complaints, exactly recording customer communication and information in details, providing fast, accurate and professional consulting service;

4.Completing the tutorship and practice form company and superiors’ arrangement, passing the management and skill training;

5.Candidates must be resident in Shanghai.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above;

4.Having the abilities of analyzing and communicating;
