1. Roles & Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for achieving sales targets and business growth included but not limited to:

• First interface to Asia customer in case of quality
• Achieve Isabellenhuette Customer Experience (Be Responsive, Be in Touch, Provide Solution)
• First interface to Asia customer in case of quality
• Opening 8d-reports, communicate 8d-reports to customers
• Responsibility of IMDS request
• Management of sorting activities (on customer or ISA side)
• Organize failing samples in case of customer claims
• Management of return material in case of quality issues
• Visit customer in case of quality issues
• Generate PPAP documents for customers
• Support quality visits/audits from German colleagues
• Support/join supplier audits in China
• Check improvement actions on supplier side (if needed)
• Responsibility for filling out customer quality related questionnaires
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Experiences in quality department
• Technical background in automotive or electronic component business

§  Working on topics related to SQM

§  Knowledge of key quality tools would be appreciate (8d report, PPAP documentation, MSA)

§  Able to communicate, rapport at all levels internally and externally

§  Strong knowledge in Computer use

Requirement

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the field of quality department
• Working Experience in foreign multinational company  will be an advantage
• Able to undertake Domestic and International travel
• Oral and Written English is a must
• Team Player

Education

• Bachelor or above Degree in electrical engineering, or Associate’s degree with equivalent industry‐relevant experience.
