一、岗位职责：

1、为学员家长提供咨询服务，包括教学理念、教学系统、评估系统、教学环境和服务流程等；

2、维护和开发招生渠道，完成每月的业绩指标；

3、配合校区负责人，完成品牌宣传、市场营销相关的工作；

4、在销售过程中为其他岗位提供必要的帮助。

二、岗位要求：

1、专科及以上学历，英语专业优先；

2、有相关工作经验；

3、较强的沟通能力，热爱儿童教育行业；

4、抗压能力强；

5、具有团队协作精神。

三、课程顾问福利待遇

1、职位月薪：岗位工资（4000－5500）+ 业绩提成 ，其中岗位工资4000－5500元，业绩工资根据当月业绩指标完成情况而定（一般完成指标，薪资在10,000元以上）；

2、公司提供法定节假日，带薪病假3天/年，每月提供餐补车补；

3、公司为每位员工缴纳五险一金，并定期组织体检；
